Homewood Suites Memphis East

Very nice. Ask for non smoking room & got it. They are very strict on this rule which is nice. Not like some other hotels.

I loved this hotel. It was a nice surprise when we saw the separate bedrooms. It was clean and well stocked. Beautiful apt like room. Well lit and my favorite were the Hollywood celebrity mirrors in the bathrooms. My only critique would be the bed was lumpy, housekeeping came in while we were away and moved my things, a few minor things were missing and there was a deposit fee of $50 that I wasn't aware of. Other than that I absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

Homewood suites was very accommodating for our stay very spacious and homely. Breakfast was good and hotel was 8n a good location. I would recommend this hotel while visiting Memphis.

My fiance and I were in Memphis for the Liberty Bowl and booked a room at Homewood Suites Memphis East. It was a great decision. I booked it without really reading the details, so we were surprised to find a kitchette and 2 televsions. Reagan was at the front desk to check us in. She was delightful and very helpful, recommending several restaurants to us. The breakfast was a lot more than we expected. The only issue that we had was not having a card to tell us what the channels were on the tv, which was not really a big deal, just a little annoying for my fiance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definintely recommend it to others.

Accommodations and staff were exceptionally good. A nice warm welcome at the registration desk and all requests were taken care of expeditiously. Big shout out to Reagan at the front desk and the manager there. Beautiful decorations and furnishings. Will definitely come back!
