They require you pay a $100 CASH ONLY DEPOSIT. I left after the clerk wouldn't take my credit card and he pointed to the shady looking ATM in the corner and told me I wouldn't get a room unless I gave him a CASH ONLY DEPOSIT.

When I get there, even though the sign on the counter clearly said that the required deposit of $100 could be in cash, or with a debit card, the person at the desk made me pay in cash. I had to run to Walmart and get money. There are tenents who seemed to be living there, and that's never good, I never feel safe in those instances, and there are almost always people meandering around.

Rooms were very clean and the staff was very professional,, The location was convenient and dinner options were available,

Great costumer service and room was clean and tv works great, easy parking and free wi fi

They've done renovations sinceast time and it looks great.

The door didn’t lock phone didn’t work and they never answer the phone and when I went back he said he don’t know what to tell me

The room was nothing like the pictures on the website. Shower was cracked, stains on carpets, sink was plugged, limited parking if your driving a large vehicle. Staff was very friendly though.

Reserved a room. Reserved was canceled without any notice from the employees. Left us up a creek. Smelt like cigarettes. Rude front desk employee who knew very little English. This would’ve been my first stay at a red roof and I’ll honestly never stay at any other location again.

Bad attitude and he didn't except debit card or credit card for deposit he said only cash and I have to go look for Atm to get him some cash for deposit Even if He have to sign said Hundred dollars cash do you posit or if I use the debit is going to take 5 to 10 business day to get it back and I said OK but he said no He said he don't care what the sign say he need the money cash

Obvious drug and prostitution site. They also require $100 CASH “deposit.” We had to find somewhere else to stay because it was absolutely unsafe for for our kids. I am reporting this location to Red Roof Inn’s corporate office, the Memphis Police Department, and the FBI.
