El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel

It was clean they were making great efforts at combatting the corona virus taking temperatures sanitizing luggage rooms were very clean felt very comfortable that they were practicing all safety protocols.

Building is extremely old. The “all inclusive” wasn’t “all” after all. Reservations needed but everything was booked for 2 days before we could visit the “good” restaurants

This hotel was very good at one point. Not certain why the quality of the food and property condition is going down.

Las habitaciones están muy austeras No tienen smart tv Las toallas de la habitación están pésimas El aire acondicionado es muy ruidoso El café que dan (marca Marino) es muy malo. La alberca exclusiva de tiempo compartido y el restauran la Concha es de lo más rescatable El servicio de los meseros excelente. Es muy caro como para la calidad de las habitaciones, muy viejas.

Bad never going again

It is very crowded, long lines to check-in. No fridge in the room. They don't let u bring in alcohol, not even to take in to your room. When leaving we had to wait again and make líne for them to cut our bracelet off. The beach part is the best location they have a nice setup with lounge chairs at the beach. Wouldn't stay here again theirs plenty other better hotels in Mazatlan for this price.

Super friendly staff. Clean facilities. Great pool area. Great hotel for families with kids. Has direct access to the beach.

Took us about 10 mins to wait for the elevator to go to the pool. The food was nasty and buffet was overcrowded. Most of the staff was rude. Won’t be going back !

Expedia should advertise this place website claims to have offer parking and wifi yes they do for an extra charge $80 per parking per day and $10 dollars for wifi per device, hotel is clean and looks amazing on pictures, we came in a middle of a pandemic and people don’t respect protocol they dont wear mask people smoking everywhere pools are over crowded, elevators take for ever they are extremely small and always full, thi place is for the locals and made me feel unsafe, costumer service was over the top that made me feel so uncomfortable We had to check out a day earlier , upon our arrival manager showed up to my room offering an upgrade then he send wine chocolates and fruit , 10 minutes later someone showed up with toiletries when there was some already there , then they called asking to me to go get dinner at their restaurant When all I really wanted was to sleep and left alone, I also forgot to mention that I wanted my Luggage with me at all times but they were so passionate about let them leave my Luggage on the lobby alone so I can go to their VIP office and check in ! Anyways worse experience ever motel 6 would have been better!

Hotel el Cid es muy seguro , limpio y está muy bien ubicado . Sus habitaciones son amplias , el aire funciona muy bien , me quede en la habitación 0116 está frente a la alberca , me gusto ya que cuenta con muchos cajones para guardar ropa y el baño está amplio , también tiene un balcón y está en el primer piso , está ideal por si traes niños .
