Nice hotel and very friendly staff

It was a fine stay for the price paid. We only wanted a place to shower and sleep and it filled the bill. Clean towels and and comfortable bed. Very quiet. Located right off of I95

Fran at the front desk was amazing. She was very friendly, accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if she was there.

Perfect for our trip. Close to our destination and bed was just right!

Check in process was so easy!! Not very happy about stains on sheets, cigarette smell in the hallway (we were told the hotel was non smoking) and TV control wouldn’t work. We told them about the control and they didn’t take care of it.

We stayed for 2 weeks while our condo was being renovated. because we have a little dog our choices were not abundant. We had stayed the weekend before at a filthy Ramada, so I was hesitant, but pleasantly surprised by the La Quinta. the staff was exceptionally kind and were obviously working hard to keep their hotel clean. There were many other dogs staying in the hotel. The hotel is aging and needs updating. The location was ideal, next to a Walmart and Cracker Barrel Restaurant.

Really good location lots of options to see city and get around. Front desk was very pleasent.

Our mattress (301) was busted open with rusted bed springs sticking out. The carpet was severely stained and there was some type of chemical sprayer sitting on the back of the toilet. The front desk lady (Fran) was very nice and helped get us into the room early though. Shower was good. Location was good. No coffee or breakfast (oatmeal because of COVID) in the morning which was told would be there at check in. Not a great location for a family but fine for someone just stopping for the night.

My experience wasn't what I paid for. I stayed at this location for 1 was that they offered breakfast. Wasn't til I got there that the breakfast's were all cancelled. I could have stayed somewhere else if I knew that was the case. Also I get into my room and there wasn't a chair in the room. There was a desk chair but no lounge chair. Desk woman stated that they remodeled and took out chairs that just waasn't true. Other rooms on my floor had a chair. I know this sounds trivial but it was what it was.

This was my first and last stay at a La Quinta. The entire hotel needed updating and it just didn't feel comfortable at all. No breakfast, no housekeeping and if you wanted clean towels, you had to bring yours down to the lobby to exchange them. I know we have COVID restrictions but other hotels have managed not to make us feel like we're in total lockdown.
