Hotel La Tour Hassan Palace

Unbelievably beautiful property and room. Perfect service. Can't wish for better

Nice rooms and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay at La Tour Hassan Hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. We loved the pillows....not stiff and bulky like some other hotels we've stayed in. Both restaurants had good food. This was our second time at the hotel and we'll be staying there again on our next trip to Morocco.

Great central location... excellent French restaurant on site Elegant finishes and beautiful poolside seating.

Hotel was high end with high end price tag. The rooms were very small. There were not many restaurants nearby. Hotel staff was not very informative regarding attractions and other questions we had.

We stayed earlier that week in Kenitra and Tangier the Hotels were fabulous. Then we stayed in Hassan Palace was not what we expected for the price we paid. Front staff was not very friendly. Our room card did not work each day and we exchanged money and the staff was not warm or welcoming. I know that sounds petty but I felt uncomfortable there. Our girls stayed on the first floor and we stayed on the third floor every time we went to their floor there were gentlemen sitting on the couch in their barefoot right in front of the elevator every time we got off the elevator no matter what time. Lots of just men hanging out. I just did not feel comfortable there. The room was clean and the hotel was clean just old. It was warm when we stayed there and no air conditioner the room was very hot. I would not judge it bad but our other hotels had air so there is no reason why we should not have had air for the price paid. I just would not pick that particular hotel again, find a better one for that price.

Very nice and spotless hotel !! Very friendly staff , I highly recommend it !!!

Great and attentive service from staff, which is not common in Morocco. However I found small things like writing table missing from the room. Also there is considerable construction noise nearby.

stay was comfortable, hotel is located at a good location.
