Rahat Palace Hotel

The room itself was ok and clean. But this hotel needs a staff training for breakfast service. It took 40mins to get just omelets even we pre-ordered and time arranged a day before and finally the staff brought it without a table set... and asked a couple of times but took another 10mins without any news. Food got cold and I don't understand how he served food only..

Good staff in context of service in Kazakhstan and CIS.

I spent almost 4 weeks at the hotel and was very pleased. The friendly staff, cleanliness and delicious food made my vacation unforgettable.

I never leave reviews, but this is probably the best value in Astana and I've stayed at practically every hotel.

The staff and service are excellent as they always are

Spacious and generally a good level of facilities although the gym equipment is mostly not working. The pool is enough to get some swim training in and outside run options are better than most venues.

I like the lobby environment and the warm ness of the staff

reasonable price with proper services are provided by this hotel, though some facilities require renovations

King bed wasn`t King at all: two small mattresses with a single bedsheet doesn`t make it KING. So the result was bad sleep.

Glass lift malfunctioned and we were trapped in lift for a while. No sound when presses on the lift alarm. Had to call a number using my Singapore mobile no. but no one pick up.
