Best Western Hotel Ronceray Opera

Hotellet ligger i ett jättebra läge. Fick dock ett rum som låg precis vid dörren som smällde lite titt som tätt och toalettdörren var svår att stänga samt den gick inte att låsa. I övrigt så var det rent och fint

Bra hotell med närhet till allt. Rummen var ganska små, men fräscha. Badrummet stort och rymligt med en bra dusch.

Bra hotell med perfekt läge.

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel. The rooms where in bad shape and not very tidy. I don't think they have been cleaned properly as it was hair and other dirt in the rooms. On a positive note, the service from one person of the staff was great though (name started with M) serviceminded, kind and helpful. But the other staff members where really odd. When I went to collect my bag upon check out, I even got pushed and treated really badly by the male receptionist. I was in such a chock that I didn't know how to react. I would not recommend anyone to live here unfortunately.

Mitt kassaskåp fungerade inte. När jag kom upp från frukost så låg det ett nyckelkort på min säng som tillhörde ett annat rum.När jag klagade så de att ibland går inte dörrarna i lås. Och att de skulle kolla upp under dagen. Det hade inte varit någon personal på mitt rum blev beskedet . När vi gick upp för att ta bort mina saker o byta rum , låg det en portioner snus på golvet. Mycket obehagligt . Det borde fler svenskar på hotellet och managern var svensk.Kommer inte o bo på det hotellet igen. Även om jag älskade området.Kommer att välja ett annat hotel.

i called ahead and spoke with a really nice man. He said we could check in early and there would be no problems as the hotel wasn’t full. We arrived at 9am to check in early and the front desk woman WAS SO RUDE. She screamed at us and told us we were wrong. She ripped my passport out of my hands. I explained to her that I was told I may check in early. She said impossible and I was wrong and lying. She said the hotel was completely full. I said I was told differently. She then grabbed my luggage and when I asked when I could finally check in she relied “no”. So I was confused and asked again and she glared at me and rolled her eyes. ABSOLUTLY UNACCEPTABLE. she was so rude and so terrible to us. We walked away in shock. I have never been treated so poorly by a person at a business. We came back later and a man was there he helped us and was very kind. The woman should not be working with customers if she is going to treat them with such blatant disrespect.

Great location in prime shopping area of Paris with plenty of restaurants. Bus stands and metro stations right in front hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent service

First this place was difficult to find. We went inside “passage Jouffroy” and nowhere could we find a best western sign through all the shops and store fronts. Until we finally went inside “hotel ronceray”and went to 1st level. We checked in on November 22 around 10:30am we were tired and frustrated and the Asian receptionist(couldn’t remember her name) was really rude and had a nasty attitude. The hallways were narrow. After 4th level no more elevator, only stairs. Room was small, as any Paris budget hotel. Heater worked great on a cold day, almost too warm. Beds were okay. Only complaint was shower head was not attached to wall, so had to use one hand to hold shower head while other rinsing out what was in hair. overall, fix shower head issue and fix receptionist attitude issue and it’s an okay place to stay.

Located close to major attractions and shopping district, this hotel can be your ideal base in Paris. The hotel itself is old and does not offer a lot of amenities, but the location beats all of the shortcomings.
