Baglioni Hotel Regina - The Leading Hotels of the World

Room was dirty, door wouldn’t lock, towel and bath tub were nasty The hotel is not well kept and clearly does t belong on the list of leading hotels

Number 1. When you land in Rome go to the taxi stands, there will be people outside the airport trying to get to ride with them. Although it could be safe, but why roll the dice. The taxi will cost 48€ to the city of Rome flat rate. Take the white taxis. The hotel is beautiful. Check in was fast and easy. The lady I dealt with was a pleasure really enjoyed her could not have been more helpful. My room was a regular room I stayed for three nights paid $400CAD a night which included breakfast. The only problem I had with my room was the bathroom had a bidet in it and I could not full open the bathroom door due to it being there. But otherwise room was beautiful. Bed was comfy and pillows were great. The breakfast. Had all the juices, champagne, coffees. Eggs, bread croissants bacon sausage smoked salmon. Was a great added value for sure. The area of the hotel was very quiet, it’s literally right across the street from the Westin. It was about 15 minute walk to the Spanish steps, that’s essentially where the action is. The best thing about our hotel was the staff and concierge for sure. The set everything up for you. They set up dinner reservations for me every night. Set up the tours for me (Vatican City an absolute must) and coliseum(both 100€ Per person). They also got me my train tickets to Naples. Thy used there credit card to pay for it and I paid them euros in cash. I have zero complaints. But it is far from Spanish steps. So evenings are quiet.

Our second time staying at the Baglioni Hotel Regina and once again hotel and staff did not disappoint. Everyone is very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Great rooms, great hotel and great service!! Beds firm - not my favorite but if you like a firm bed this place is for you!! Bathroom and rooms large and location beyond perfect!! Close to everything!!

Fabulous hotel! Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was beautiful and recently renovated, the only downside was the view, or should I say no view. Bathroom slightly dated but no complaints. Great location and would certainly go back to stay in this hotel.
