beautiful hotel, great location, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had a very good experience despite the fact that there was a strike going on outside the hotel. We will return again.

This hotel is gorgeous and well located. The management did their best to make my stay comfortable and safe even with the staff “union” strike going on! The facilities are bar none. I hope to return when there is not a strike to experience it with full service. It must be incredible.

Should disclose right off the bat that our stay was when they had a labor strike with staffing. Staffing low with security doing their best to accommodate customers. Restaurant closed, no room service, plus other reduction of services provided, plus drum beats and loud protests out front from strikers daily. One bright spot was the concierge, Mark. Excellent service, when there, by him. Front desk, when addressing our displeasure with price paid upfront, and services rendered,offered to strike two bar drinks from bill, and upgrade next time in town. no go with that then a $100 reduction offered and still displeased. Upon return from trip contacted Hotels.com and in the matter of 2 minutes or so after they called property and we received a 50% refund of price paid! We use Hotels.com whenever we travel although infrequently and this is the second time they stepped up to rectify any problems we had. Other time booked in wrong city at last minute pre-trip check and called them and re- booked in right city. Hotels.com is the way to go!

The hotel staff were on strike there were no services . It was just like staying in a really nice hosel.

Amazing hotel - very luxurious. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Location is central to everything (downtown / waterfront)
