Holiday Inn Express Baltimore-BWI Airport West, an IHG Hotel

The place was very clean. Variety of channels. TV also allows for Firestick. I have stayed in many hotels during covid and by far this is the first hotel that have gone above and beyond when it came to breakfast. They offered a combination hot/cold options. Dennys restaurant is connected to the hotel. Plaza on the side of the hotel. Gas station/7-eleven across the street. THE ONLY BAD PART OF THIS HOTEL is the BED. Hotel is supposed to bring luxury. Calgon take me away accommodations. I had a hard time sleeping. The bed feels like I was sleeping on Cardboard on a central park bench. Im sorry. I cant do it again with that bed. This is my only complaint. GET BETTER BEDS. Also it would help the guests if you would put a guest book in the rooms. You know the books that let guests know what dinning amenities a close by. Some hotels even copies the menus in put in the guests book in each room. Besides knowing Denny's is right next door and what we can see from the windows you have to research on your own what else is close by..

Great weekend getaway - quiet, convenient, welcoming...just needed a little bubble bath to make it complete.

I had a short visit to Maryland. Happy I stayed here. I was definitely not disappointed with my stay. I would definitely stay at this location again.

So the room itself was okay. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working so being pregnant and in a hot room was very uncomfortable. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable as well. Literally the minute that you lay on the bed you could practically feel the boxspring. But the plus side is there was a restaurant right next-door to the hotel so if I had a late my craving, we could walk right next door.

The staff was very helpful with my handicap situation

Arrived late Friday night. Front sliding door was shut off. Had to pry open with hands. Front desk was not around. Maintenance had to find him. Bed was quite firm. And again, another hotel , in Hanover, that doesn't have solid curtains that close all the way. Thin white "veil like curtain covers the middle. Too see through. Sun will wake you by 6:30. Was quiet, exceptionally clean, and had all amenities expected. Bottle of water that I was about to buy was given complementary by front desk clerk , for my delay in being able to check in

It was a great stay, very friendly staff, very clean, and the bed was amazing. I will visit again
