DO NOT STAY!!!
The service was horrible, I had 2 rooms, one Premium, one normal but both were all-inclusive.
For the premium room, the drinks were nothing top shelf just offering whiskey and vodka instead of domestic alcohol.
The premium room had 24-hour room service but after 9PM they had no food and claimed they had run out of everything except for drinks but for the room that had to pay for room service it had a full food menu.
As for the reservations for dinner and lunch, everything was booked, the hotel makes it seem like everything is booked to push you to the buffet which is horrible, the only time the buffet is good is for breakfast. in actuality all the reservation needed restaurants are empty.
Drinks were not cold and poorly made, even the beer was not cold, the staff was pushy and always in a rush, and you couldn't even order before the waiter was walking away.
Everything was always closed or booked, and the hotel was empty.
The Premium room was supposed to have an ocean view but was nothing even close. and again, everything was booked so we could not change but the hotel was empty.
Probably the worst All-Inclusive Hotel I've ever stayed at and would never recommend or stay here again! Dont know how this place is rated the best in the area!
