Perfect hotel with kind staff and the area is great.

Ideal hotel for the marathon weekend (10 minutes' walk from the City of Arts and Sciences, and breakfast starting at 6am on race day). Room simple but clean. Enjoyed breakfast, especially the tortilla and the chocolate pastry things! It wouldn't be the most convenient location for the main part of Valencia (old town), but on the other hand there's a good, cheap bus service (1.5 euros) into the centre and it's also pretty close to the start of the old river bed, which is a lovely place for a stroll. The modern shopping centre very nearby contains a buge supermarket, as well as several chain-type restaurants (we ate at the Mediterranean buffet and enjoyed it).

This hotel is fairly run down and needs updated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good but the room was a bit shabby with virtually no outlets.

It was very convenient. Great parking outside just by the hotel. No need to pay 15 euros a day for the hotel garage. Nice breakfast too. I will book again next trip.
