We had a pleasure stay at Palace Saigon hotel, absolutely perfect in the center area, walking distance to lot of the most popular attractions. we would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel has an excellent location, however in my opinion it is stuck way back in the past. The hotel is still running on the last 4 star it was awarded possibly in the 1950s. It really is in need of an upgrade or don’t rate it a 4 star on your website. Rooms with no windows should no be allowed to name a few.

Check in check out is fast and easy. Cleaning staff is very nice and friendly. Bathtub drain is always clogged after shower. My family is having a very hard time to park the bike at the hotel parking lot. The staffs with attitude say that the parking lot only for customer coming for coffee and meals, not for my family. Will not come back and not recommended.

The front desk staffs was very rude. I was told that they are able to keep my luggage if I travel but on the day I travel the same girl or different girl told me that they cannot keep the luggage. Was really upset wasn’t plan on carry the luggage for my 2 days trips. I Asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist went to ask her friend/coworker to act as a manager to tell me that they cannot hold my luggage for two days. All the other hotels offer this service. One or two nights at around 10pm the restaurant above me pushing chairs and tables around for 10 -15 minutes woke me up while I was sleeping. This is not acceptable. I stayed at this hotel for 3 or 4 nights I believe. Was going to rebook but such a turnoff with all these negative experiences and the unwelcome front desk staffs. Don’t think will stay there again.
