The staff was amazing, kind, helpful and they did everything they possibly could to make my stay wonderful! It’s been a long time since I have experienced excellence in service from all staff members! Despite COVID-19, the hotel staff did everything including making reservations for me checking on transportation and even ordered my food several times from local places because I could not translate! The hotel is clean and quiet! I loved it! Highly recommended!

The best choice close to Vila Madalena/Pinheiros
This hotel is 100% suite hotel with large and very well equipped and designed rooms. A really home away from home. The breakfast is excellent. There is also a very good executive lunch buffet for a ridiculous price. The only small negative thing is the poor quality of the room service food (which is difficult to understand according to the above).

Nice place that'll do -- unless you need ironing
No ironing boards or iron in room. Room service food choices are forgettable. Hotel Management was accommodating in moving me to a quieter room, which was nice. Laundry service was delivered a day late (I had to call to check what happened to it). Check-in and check-out process was smooth. This is a mixed residence / hotel spot. Easy to get Uber from. Some great Spas in the area. But would not recommend for anyone wanting to match the experiences of more established chains. The room sizes were very nice! The shower very hot. But amenities and services was okay. Bell-men were fantastic, though.

Friendly service, fabulous suite, fun neighborhood. Only issues were no ironing board in the room (may be common for non international chain hotels in Brazil) and a toilet seat that wouldn’t stay up.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was on the light side. The fitness center, while small, accommodated 5 visitors while I was there. The fitness equipment appears to have been upgraded during the past six months.
