The receptionists seem to have difficulties with English, internally communication and more. They work rather slow and several of them can't take their own decisions, they have to wait for a colleague to solve things. We wanted to keep our towels and not change them every day, because of environmental reasons, but the receptionists didn't succeed in transferring the information to the cleaning staff, despite that I told them two times and they wrote down notes.
The rooms are ok, we had sea view. Breakfast was ok. The gym, one of the reasons that we booked this hotel was a joke! It was more like a wardrobe and we trained instead in our room. They have a treadmill, a cross trainer and a multi machine in a very dark little room. If we return to Sesimbra we will try another hotel.
