Best Western McCarran Inn

Good location and nice staff. No extra beds available on the entire hotell.

Room was definitely dated. Toilet was apparently low flow meaning it didn’t flush well. Breakfast was good. Was fine for the few hours we were there until we checked into our other accommodations on the Las Vegas strip but would not have liked staying there for longer than a night.

We were very pleased with our stay. In adjoining room, my daughter had a occasional chair, our room did not. Would have been nice to have an additional place to sit. Breakfast did not start at 6am and since we had an early flight and had to take 6:30 shuttle, we were unable to have something to eat. That was a little disappointing.

We were desperate because interjet canceled our Saturday night flight to Peru until Sunday night and everything was booked. Staff was very nice and there was no smoky noisy casino attached which was a bonus. Breakfast average. I could never rate it an 8.0 because it’s old run down and there was absolutely no place you walk to in less than 20 minutes to eat. Had to use Uber eat in order to get food. On top of that, the next day my leg was itchy and bumpy and we figured out by comparing pictures it was most likely bites from bed bugs. Not a great stay.
