Great location, service, lobby and breakfast right in the middle of Madrid

Nice and chic.

Location is convenient. Main issues for us were: water temperature does not get hot enough and room space is tight. Room did have Nespresso machine though, which was nice. Overall, an okay stay.

On check in I was told that they upgraded my room! But when I saw the room it was like a dungeon! I could not imagine how the room could be if I were not upgraded! That is when you pay around 100 euros. All the staff were very nice. But the property seems to have been renovated but it shows off. Lobby is well decorated but room was too too small and bathroom had no tub and slippery due to plastic flooring. I insisted on changing the room for the second day and they told me other rooms are also of same type but still they changed because I insisted. However, the new room had bath tub and you can move inside the room unlike the earlier one. Not worth 100 euros May be worth 60 euros Location - Good. Lobby: Good. Staff attitude: Excellent. Room comfort: The worst for the price. Next day their rate increased to 170 euros. I don't know why. Will not stay again.

This was my second time staying at an H10 hotel and they offer very good quality. Despite my room not having a window to the street (it was onto an internal lightwell) the room was still very pleasant. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel also has a very nice lobby and bar. I had lunch here and it was very good.
