Hotel Unique

Excellent all round. Fantastic service, kind and helpful team. Compact but very comfortable room. Food deserves a special mention, very high level and I’m a fussy foodie.

The hotel definitely lives up to its name. I was upgraded to the Rodeo Suite because I came early and they had space. I’m from America so I’m used to being quite spoiled when it comes to customer service. Even with that, I can honestly say that I received excellent customer service. The bed was extremely comfortable. The rooftop was Alive and amazing even during Covid. The food at the rooftop restaurant was 5 stars. It’s definitely makes the São Paolo experience. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a high quality hotel.

Wonderful architecture. Hotel is a little bit dated, probably time for some renovation. The upstairs pool was filthy — a thick coat of sunscreen on it. We only used the downstairs.

the name says it all, this is indeed a Unique Hotel and everything about it is Unique, from the staff that is very friendly to the property itself and the furniture in the Lobby, The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant and Bar SKYE is one of the best in the City with amazing food, cocktails and views

So I was planning a business trip to Sao Paolo, and I was asking my advisor which hotel I should stay, he unequivocally said The Unique. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! This was the best hotel experience I have ever had, hands down! The amazing experience started with the concierges. Both of them, especially Sergio and I emailed back and forth in regards to transportation and reservations for dinners. Spectacular choices by the way. When I arrived at GRU, the driver was waiting for me right after customs and transferred me, painlessly, to the hotel. I arrived late, 130am or so, and already had me checked in. So easy... When I got into my room, there was a very nice note and chocolate waiting for me from Sergio. Also, there was a wonderful lime macaroon waiting. The room was very nice. A huge round window with a autocontrolled wall to black it out. Wonderful clean room, nice products on the mini bar, and an ultra-comfy bed. The restaurant and bar on the roof of The Unique, Skye, is awesome. Fantastic atmosphere, good service. At night, it is a great spot. The property and restaurant are definitely on point, but what made my experience at The Unique, the service. Sergio, Samuel, the door guys/valets, and the rest of the staff were so warm and friendly. It felt like coming to a home away from home from start to finish. I will be only staying at The Unique from now on whenever I come to Sao Paolo!
