Beautiful hotel from first arrival , to check in and check out the service was impeccable. The room was large with a big window that actually opened with a view to the courtyard and it was spotless lots of caution with the covid problem sanitizer everywhere masks worn by all , next time we will try and get a room facing the St Lawrence definitely a next time , special shout out to Mathieu helping us with our bags and vehicle ( we never travel light) no request was too much I called him the haddest working guy there much appreciation Matt

Great location, interesting decor and friendly staff. Only criticism from a business traveler perspective would be the limited electrical outlets.

Nice quiet location, with restaurants and galleries nearby. Great on site restaurant and Panache Mobile was a nice addition. The hotel smelled clean and was clean. Comfortable place to stay with good accommodations made in light of the pandemic.

Stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night in Quebec city and it was incredible. Impeccable service and a beautiful spacious room. We were upgraded in a suite with a balcony which was awesome. The bistro of the hotel had great service and food. The only downside of the hotel is the TV, the channels weren't good otherwise everything else was exceeding my expectations.

Un autre excellent séjour à l'Auberge St-Antoine. Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Chambre confortable et calme. Emplacement parfait pour explorer le quartier du Petit Champlain et le vieux Québec. Seul élément pas tout à fait à la hauteur: internet. Aucune réception dans certaines parties de la chambre, ce qui nous obligeait parfois à nous réfugier dans la salle de bain pour télécharger notre journal ou lire notre courriel.

They front office and concierge was very good, I was not pleased with the housekeeping. The front office had problems with their phone and they couldn't reply when we called them at night. All in all, everything was OK.
