Good location and Great Stay
Check in was quick, room was great. The were full and some room updating was occurring but things ran smooth. Hot tub and pool was nice didn’t do breakfast as casino is across the lot. Stayed 3 nights staff was great however I stay there every time we travel there and the reason being always consistent.

When we arrived and checked in our room was dirty,There was hair in the sink and the bed sheets were dirty the beds were like rocks and we got poked by springs and the pillows were horrible I do NOT recommend this hotel

Wonderful Hotel, We have stayed at several Country Inn and Suites around Iowa and the surrounding states and have always been pleased. The pool was open and the Hot tube was nice and Hot. During our last stay in March 2021 they had a full hot breakfast that was very good. We will definitely stay here again

Hair in the tub
We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. There was a spider in the shower, and a gray sticky substance on the bathroom counter. We also discovered hair in the jets of the hot tub in our room which was unsettling. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, but housekeeping could use a little tune up.

Have stayed here a few times and really enjoyed it. This time was treated very rudely at check in. I stated I wouldn’t be back after the rude treatment and the man at the front desk let me know that they have many customers so losing my business didn’t matter. Very disappointing.
