Club De Soleil All-Suite Resort

Excellent location with shuttle every hour to Vegas strip. PERFECT!!!!

The toilet backed up. It took 15 minutes to fill the tub and then it ran out of hot water. The room had an awful smell. Thank goodness I brought a candle. I didn’t like the fact that I had to go all the way to the end of the hotel to get to an elevator or stairs. My ice bucket was filthy. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The neighborhood was very sketchy I will not be staying there in the future

The suite was huge and clean. No complaints. Free breakfast consisted of fruit and bagels which we were happy with. Only issue was that I managed to leave my adapter and charger in the room on check out. When I called to ask after them, I was told to fill in an online form, which I did, but received no response to my inquiry. I phoned several times with no luck, and eventually returned to the property a few days later when I was passing by. When I showed up in person, the staff were very helpful, but by that time the items were long gone. I’m glad it was just a charger cable I forgot, not something more important like my passport.

The suite was spacious, clean and welcoming. The service was very good especially the concierge who was very knowledgeable and willing to help. The check out was way too early (before 10 am) and the hotel itself is located far away from the Vegas strip and other amenities. There is a free shuttle though and it helped somewhat with the distance. There is supposed to be a free breakfast but it's not much of anything, better to pack your own food if you want more than tea/coffee and bagels or have dietary restrictions.

Comfortable, quiet facility with shuttle service to the strip. Also enjoyed the nice pool and hot tub.
