NH Córdoba Califa Hotel

Great location, walking distance to main tourist attractions.

Beautiful hotel, very well located, close to most important landmarks, everything of importance is a short stroll away. We found parking close by, at a reasonable price. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are nice, clean, well maintained. The only reason we would not give a five star rate was the A/C, which in a hot night refused to go lower than 21 degrees even though we set it at 17. We were offered another room, which apparently had the same problem. I think the issue stems from the hotel’s practice on keeping the A/C off unless somebody is in the room. It might take an eternity for the room to cool down if the system is not efficient. Same goes for the refrigerator: nothing will cool when you are out of the room.

Dirty carpets. Small dark smelly rooms. View of a wall. Unfriendly personnel.

Room was comfy and location is fantastic. Everything within walking distance. Underground parking within close proximity at a good rate. Bathroom just needed a quick hoover but nothing major.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to everything.
