This was the second time i stayed at this hotel and there won't be a third!!! When i arrived, the toilet was clogged, which is something that could happen, but i don't get how they would clean the room and make it ready for the next guest and not solve the problem. But ok, they fixed it once i complained. But then the next day, after i got back to the hotel, all my stuff was gone from the room! Only what i kept in the closet was still there (i guess cleaning the room does not include cleaning inside the closet). Apparently the cleaning lady thought i had checked out and took all my stuff away. After around half an hour they managed to get my things back from wherever they were. The only thing that wasn't gone throughout my stay was the ball of hair in the shower drain. That remained there from before i arrive until after the cleaning lady had cleaned the room (of my stuff, not of the dirt). This is unacceptable, to be honest!!! Oh, and if you decide to go with a room with a sea view, on the 4th floor, get ready to be disturbed by the loud music from the restaurant on the 5th floor, from mid afternoon to 9-10pm. Just find another hotel, I bet there are much better options in Caye Caulker.
