Chanalai Flora Resort, Kata Beach

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Stort plus! Man kände sig verkligen välkommen och omhändertagen! Minus för att det inte direkt är handikappsanpassat/barnvagnsanpassat.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge både till stranden och centrum i Kata Beach. Väldigt trevlig och serviceminded personal.

The staff here is what stood out for us. They were very kind and extremely helpful. Him and Mee from breakfast were great... but everyone here seems very happy. Even more so than other Thai hotels. The breakfast buffet is about what you would expect for a 4 star hotel. The dinner restaurant turned us off, because the it looked like the exact same food for the “Mongolian buffet” was out again the next day for the “Thai buffet”. They have 2 nice pools, and there is a small swim-up bar. The pool closes a bit early (7:00 pm). It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

We loved this place!!!! The location is amazing, staff is great, good breakfast, great pool, close to beach, shops, plenty of food, massage spas, safe area, good for all ages, really good vibes all around. Also, we were here on Christmas Eve and there was a dinner party and I noticed the employees were treated very well and took a lot of pride in their work. I highly recommend this hotel :o)

Wonderful stay. Tasty breakfast. Clean cool room. Gorgeous pools. Attentive and smiling staff. Very close walk to beach. Great room rates and value for money. Stress free, cozy, and relaxing stay.
