Welcome to Hale Papakea & Hale Nani Ikena, an AvantStay home!

These Villas are located BEACHFRONT on the GROUND floor of the Beach Tower at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina right on Lagoon 2.

The only two ground floor beachfront 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom condos that are closer to the beach than any other Ko'Olina Resort residence. Experience the ultimate oceanfront experience with family and friends.

These units have been professionally designed with Adriana Hoyos furnishings and Chef Roy Yamaguchi's kitchen - fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and utensils to prepare everything from mixed drinks to gourmet meals. The condo offers 1,575 square feet of living space which includes a 260-foot lanai with private grass and lounge area. Retractable sliding doors allow for maximum indoor/outdoor living and that true Hawaiian feeling. Hotel-type comforts include spa robes for adults and children, sumptuous bath amenities like Molton Brown, coffee, tea, and bottled water. Daily housekeeping service is available, and an 'exclusive' concierge service to book your tee times, dinner reservations, and excursions. Add to this amenities like an in-room safe, TV in every room and the most comfortable beds you have ever slept in will no doubt seal the deal, and prompt you to return year after year. If you need extra sleeping space, a high-quality sofa bed is available in the custom-made designer sectional sofa.

The beauty of Ko Olina's Beach Villas is hard to resist, with amenities that are easy to get used to a private fitness center, two pools, and a beautiful beachfront bar, which happens to be right next door to your home away from home!

Resort amenities nearby include a fabulous hotel-like atmosphere, fine dining at nearby Resort Hotels, a championship golf course, and a world-class spa. Swim in the four crystal blue lagoons, go for a walk along the beautifully manicured seaside trails and set sail from the resort's private marina with 330 full-service slips. For those who like to hit the links, the 18 hole championship golf course, designed by Ted Robinson, and home to the LPGA Fields Open, offers challenging play and private instruction. Enjoy a fabulous dinner afterward at the acclaimed Roys Restaurant.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
