Louisville is named after the French King Louis the 14th. At long last, travelers like you can finally stay like King Louis in our modern condo infused with Louisville's heritage. Centrally located in downtown, the condo is brand new and is in one of the tallest buildings in Louisville, which means access to a beautiful gym, a sky pool, gas grilles, and a majestic view of Louisville is for our guests. We also infused the essence of Louisville into the condo to elevate the experience. Louisville's equestrian heritage can be seen in our living room. In the bedrooms, we pay homage to Louisville's long Bourbon distillation tradition as the first city to commercially bottle Bourbon and to the legacy of Muhammad Ali the great. Of course, all CozySuites come with a well stocked kitchen, complimentary drip coffee, and shower liquids for guests to enjoy. Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with CozySuites' coverage! The $20 damage waiver fee has been included in the cleaning costs. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021.
