Standard city hotels, no frills but does the job, 15-20 mins from major sites. Facilities basic for a 5 star hotel.

Deluxe suite was very comfortable and quiet, with a lovely bathroom. Convenient location near the Republica metro stop and on a bus route.Very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfasts in a beautiful rooftop room

Nice quiet area. This Mercure has the feel of an independent boutique hotel. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Bed and pillows very comfy. Good location, far from the madding crowds, but only 5 mins walk to Rembrandt square and <10 to the old town. Friendly and very helpful staff!

TV & air con are not working properly. Although they send technician to fix the TV but can't do about the room temperature. The best they could do is to shut the heater down. We ended up to have to open the window to get some fresh air but its in winter and raining. The shower hot water is not steady (hot & cold during shower). A bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel. They need renovation badly. Other than this, the staff are friendly and the location is very convenient to everything with walking distance.
