Property is amazing specially if staying with kids. Lot to do there. Rooms are little congested. Sofa that converts into bed is not comfortable at all. I would suggest 2 bedrooms instead. Besides that everything else was 5 stars.

There was no hot water in the shower our first morning - this is a critical need for visitors. Also the battery was dead in the safe. Called the front desk- they said briskly they’d call maintenance and basically hung up on us. No apology. We were up early to head to Grand Canyon, we waited about an hour and had to get on the road, not knowing when they’d show up. When we got back both were fixed. Ty et pointed us to a Safeway store nearby for groceries - super expensive- later found a Walmart a couple exits down with reasonable prices. I think they should be upfront with guests about this Safeway; it’s clearly priced to take advantage of the golfing clientele at the resort.

The space was definitely spacious. We stayed in a two-bedroom, which is almost like a townhouse. It was nice to have so much space, a full kitchen and a balcony. However, everything is just a bit in need of an update, including the clubhouse. It seems 10-15 years past its prime. When we first got in the room, for instance, it smelled quite musty. That’s bothersome. But the staff was friendly and it’s certainly located to all local attractions.

Overall the stay was great, very spacious unit with nice amenities and staff. Only reason i dont put 5 stars is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, such as the jets for the tub show they have not been clean in a while and the shower heads as well. The staff was amazing and very attentive, location was excellent. u Unfortunately did not get to try the pool but would be a great place to stay in the summer.
