NH Berlin City West

Good location, good service, very small room

Hotelmosnlocated away from center but well connected by subway to anywhere. The area around is safe and quiet although not many food options. Easy to get to with the car and plentiful parking. Ok place to stay in Berlin.

Too hot lack of air conditioner. Everything is fine except that.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is good (near to a station). I got upgraded (unexpectedly) to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. My booking did not include breakfast (which was fine). I had breakfast one day, but breakfast costs 20 Euro, which was expensive for the little I ate. It was nice but not did not provide me with value for money. I was annoyed as someone (housekeeping?) decided to remove an commemorative package from my room (that was not near the bin). They saw it was emply and threw it out, despite it being with my books. That soured the experience for me.

The hotel is very nice with comfortable modern interior. The room we have got was spacious and had all necessary amenties for the stay. We liked breakfasts as well, there was plenty of choices for what to have for breakfast and food quality was good. Location of the hotel is very convenient: metro is right next to the hotel, station with bikes for rent is also very close, if you have more time you can also walk to main places of interest.
