Not so good. The lobby Smells like they spray heavy chemicals to kill ants or insets. I do not recommend this place! Poor customer service skills and the management that runs the place is useless and indifferent to your concerns. The $600.00 hotel credit is a rip-off, because those are coupons only good for purchases at high prices. No Wify in the bedroom only in the lobby.

The hotel is 40min away from downtown Puerto Vallarta, 20 min from airport. 10min from Bucerias. It has a great pool area and beach, that's why we picked it; relaxing time with baby. If you're visiting for animation & restaurants, pick something in Puerto Vallarta, close to Malecon. About the resort; appearances are great (common amenities, lobby, pool, etc). The staff is also great. But we were disappointed by the room; noisy, some mold, dirty, outdated... Old sagging mattresses (the baby crib is unusable, don't count on it for baby / toddler to feel good, mattress is a piece of plastic). We stayed in better 2 star hotel for half the price. The restaurants in the resort are expensive (US prices) and most importantly, the food is not good. Take a cab, go to Bucerias or Malecon and you'll find tons of better options. Oh, and last but not least, be aware of the soft blackmail about their timeshare tour... Everything in the resort (food, beverages, deli market) is priced at 120%. If you do their timeshare tour, that they assure you will last 90mins including breakfast (takes 3 to 4 hours in reality, that's a bad feeling when you loose half a day of vacation uselessly), they will give you a card to have 20% discount and pay normal 100% price and a "free" massage (that's not free, you'll have to pay service fee on that). Bottom line: great stay because PV is amazing, weather is great, staff and pool amazing. But ... will not stay in this hotel again.

Great hotel with very nice large pool. Hotel staff was very pleasant, specially the staff by the pool area. Location is isolated, so you will need transportation to get to anything. Room was large and very comfortable. Only downfall is that you share the balcony with the room next to yours. Luckily we had no one next door, the whole time we were there. Would stay there again!
