Good Location, Great Service, and Very Friendly and Helpful People! The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There is a very nice restaurant within walking distance.

Staff was amazing. The decor is beautiful. The only issue was the room was not properly cleaned. There was a Pepsi can on the floor near the head of the bed (close to window). There was a plastic container with a yellow substance left in the shower and the tile had dirty smudges. I

I hated the fact that I did not realize they had not first floor vacancies. Only one trash can in room (bathroom). AC worked great. TV was small.

There was an old Ramen noodle sitting in the microwave that had cooked to the glass and made the room smell terrible. They did not even know it was there. I had to call house keeping to clean it. The pool was unavailable for most of our stay which made it stressful because we have kids with nothing to do; housekeeping "removed" an oatmeal and muffin and extra paper products we had taken from the breakfast for our teenage daughter who didn't make it. They just took it. I told the breakfast bar lady who apologized and gave us a bag of goodies. She and one cleaning lady were the only staff in the whole place that went out of there way to be friendly and polite. The front desk and the other breakfast bar lady were border line rude. Super disappointed with our stay. We will book with Best Western when we visit family in that area again.
