I (AKASH DEEP) have booked one room through Expedia travel (Itinerary # 72385553240657). The check in of room was 13 September and Check-out was on 15 September. I had also taken confirmation telephonically of my room before reached the hotel. It was very terrible and shocking for me when i reached Kumkum Hotel, Surat on 13th morning, when Hotel Manager told me that NO BOOKING available on your name. He also made efforts to find the booking, but result was zero. Mr. Veeru Manager advised me to find out the room in another hotel, as there was no any vacant room in Hotel Kumkum. Hotel Manager gave me a written note in which he also mentioned that he has no any booking on my name. This situation suffered me a lot and I face mentally torture. Even i have already paid full amount for booking. I had come from Patna to Surat to attend the Official Language Conference. That's why I needed a hotel so that I could stay. While getting a room in the hotel, I had to travel here and there and my mobile was also lost somewhere, which caused me a lot of trouble. Not giving room even after making full payment is a BIG fraud with coustomer. As soon as possible Fix the responsibility AND find out the defaulter. Please return my money as soon as possible. If this matter will resolve then I will Lodge the FIR and also file the suit in Court.
