Booked x3 double rooms from lovely pics online, bright sunny rooms with patio doors and partial-covered modern bathrooms. Got x3 dark and dingy rooms at back of hotel with little to no properly working AC. All three rooms had the hotel heating vents outside the windows so these could not be opened and added to the issue.Very little natural light, tiny baths for my 6 foot sons! Two of the rooms were twins with no attempt to alter facilities. So disappointed as when discussed with female staff member was advised preferences cannot be promised and there was nothing that could be done! Preferences or unclear advertising? The lobby of the hotel was immaculate and most of the staff were really friendly and engaging. The position of the hotel was excellent. Disappointingly, I would be reluctant to book again due to concerns about the rooms.

Good location and quiet room.

A super property in an amazing part of the city. I would stay again.

The hotel is fine for people who are easily mobile, or who don't have a lot of baggage with them due to family.. But if you have a family, especially young children, the hotel is not ideal. No refrigerator in rooms to store milk, and the elevator is a nightmare to get bags up and down and the reception is not on the ground floor. The neighborhood is OK for some but we found few family-friendly restaurants in the area, and had to go a long way to find breakfast in the morning.
