Ca' San Polo

We enjoyed the premier customer service. The building is form the 1600's so expect a workaround or two. Excellent location to all of Venice attractions.

The hotel was nothing like the photos that where placed on your site very disappointing a long with you giving me such a hard time refunding my money from double booking the Sandfirth Hotel in Klagenfurt I will not have much good today of you.

This is not a hotel. It is a building with rooms to rent. Dirty,mold in shower. Buzzing noise every time air conditioning comes on. Just waiting for electrical fire. Impossible to sleep as every 5 minutes loud running water comes on. In immediate need of new carpet and paint. No lobby, you check in is in a hallway to your room

I stayed at Ca’San Polo for two nights with my daughters (7,9). The staff was helpful, friendly and patient with with children. I would recommend this location as it’s out of the ultra busy part but not far from the action, many great restaurants near by. The in-house breakfast was great too.

Great location and staff. Feels like home.
