Cleveland Hotel

Det var helt fantastik service på hotellet. En äldre man som jobbar natt var så trevlig och hjälpsam!!

Jättetrevligt hotell, med vänlig personal. Inom 10 min promenad har man tunnelbanorna Queensway, Paddington och Bayswater. Jättenära till Hyde park. Trevligt område!

Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt läge en bit bort ifrån gatulivet, det är rent och fint men har ingen Bar och ingen Restaurang så frukosten (kontinental) får ätas på rummen. Hotellet är inte handikappvänligt då det i klassisk Engelsk stil har många smala trappor. Wifi som ingår fungerar bra.

Toppen hotell, lungt område med närhet till bayswater, Paddington. Bra bussförbindelser och nära till flera tunnelbanestationer. Relativt stort ljust och rent hotel med ett pentry med möjlighet att laga frukost eller enklare måltid. Duch och WC helt ok. Minus heltäckande matta (dom flesta hotell i UK har det) Tv:n kunde ha varit lite större. Vi var här i 7 nätter och var mer än nöjda vi kommer tillbaka.

It was my first time in London and I had asked friends for recommendation for what areas to live in, got Bayswater as a suggestion. I found The Cleveland and we loved it! Bayswater was a nice and quiet area and I will definitely stay there again when I return to London. The staff were really friendly and accomodating to our needs, and they all gave very good service. The room was very clean and cleaning services were available everyday, with fresh towels if requested. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, both the double and the single bed. Bathroom was clean and the shower pressure strong. The kitchen area of our room was also very nice, it had everything we needed (not a dishbrush, though, but a sponge so we could make do). We made our own breakfast (with groceries from a store within 5 minutes walking distance) so I can't say anything about the hotel's breakfast. Bayswater underground station was also within a 5 minute walk, so the location was very good. There was quite a few cozy pubs within easy walking distance as well, and a beautiful shopping mall, a pharmacy and everything you might need. Also, Hyde Park was just down the street, so in my opinion, this hotel was an absolute pearl.

London hotels are often hit n miss, but this venue is a favourite of mine. Brilliant warm service makes all the difference.

Great value. Vety cozy room, and it was huge. Loved the kitchenette although no pots and pans ? the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly

Comfortable, clean, convenient -very happy with the whole experience

I love the location of this hotel and have stayed here numerous times. Unfortunately the room on this trip was rather gross. The mildew smell was so strong....The sink faucet was loose, and one of the handles for a drawer in the kitchenette was broken. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.
