Hotel Residence Agnes

Blev fantastiskt bra mottagen av personalen när vi kom. Servicen var kanonbra, sängarna något hårda men annars tyst och lugnt läge. Ligger med gångavstånd till mycket sevärdheter. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.

Vi anlände sent en söndag kväll och fick ett bemötande. Ett glas med vin och personlig beskrivning av så väl hotell som närområde och tips på hur just vi gjorde vår vistelse på bästa sätt. För ovanlighetens skull (enligt personalen) var nästan hälften av rummen lediga. Därför fick vi titta på ett par olika rum och välja det rum vi föredrog. Översta våningen har sneda tak och är mer romantiska, vi valde en våning ner för att få en större känsla. All personal var fantastiskt trevlig i sitt bemötande, de hade bra koll på dagens planer och följde lätt upp om vi var nöjda. Vid vår tidiga utcheckning serverade de full frukost 30 min innan ordinarie frukosttid. Hotellet erbjuder också gratis transport inom centrala Prag under dagtid.

Mycket trevligt hotell med oroligt service inriktad personal. Personligt med relativt få rum. Bra läge.

Hands down, the BEST hotel service I have experienced in 30 years of traveling. The team at Agnes was unfailingly gracious, warm, and generous--offering us rides to tourist sites and restaurants; confirming our reservations and checking on opening/closing times; and plying us with coffee, wine, and/or fresh baked goods every time we returned to the hotel. Their breakfast service was outstanding, a model of professionalism and hospitality. I cannot say enough the work ethic and cheerful attitude of this staff. Truly unforgettable! The only drawbacks to the room were a tiny bathroom and sink, and occasional noise heard through the walls/ceiling. Other than that, Residence Agnes was perfection. Book it now!

Traveling for over 40 years around the world, without question the staff at Hotel Residence Agnes were genuinely the nicest we have ever encountered. We were with my daughter and granddaughter and made us all feel good about the stay. Breastfast was wonderful, they discovered it was my birthday from the registration and surprised me with a small bottle of champagne at breakfast. Very good location in the old town with a very comfortable room.
