Parc Soleil by Hilton Grand Vacations

Check in was awful! I was told they didn’t know what time my room would be available. We had to get the manager involved. She was nice and explained the delay. She gave us a $50 credit too our room and sent a nice gift (cheese and fruit) and wine. I appreciate that. What I love mostly was the texting feature. It was convenient and fast. Although there was a rough start, I would stay at this propagating.

Room was prepaid, hotel charged me again, had to call several times to get corrected, still not right. They still owe me $88. Called Monday only to be told I have to wait

Great hotel. The only thing I was disappointed was with the money with pay to stay there for a full week we didn’t get a balcony. When we booked the hotel online, it didn’t mention about not having a balcony.

This hotel was great. We loved the 2 pools they had as well as 4 spas. We practically went into all 4 spas on different days/nights. It was never crowded. Very quiet place which I loved. First hotel we've been to that had a parking garage which is great with our rainy days here in Florida.

Very nice resort, drinks were pretty expensive, the pools were nice and the staff was friendly. I was unaware that this was a timeshare resort and decided to take the tour for a one hundred dollar gift card. Was not worth the time investment, they said 90 minutes but was over 3 hours! My advice, stay at the resort, skip the presentation!
