The resort itself looks lovely, although even though we stayed 4 nights the terrible weather made it hard to enjoy the facilities, but they looked great. Also, fantastic location!!
The villa we stayed in was the 4 bedroom spa villa. The villa had a lot of space which was great, lots of sitting areas - sofa in lounge was great. The villa is definitely more suited to a party of adults or people with teenagers, the villa was definitely not child friendly. Lots of heavy sharp furniture! Plus 3 levels of stairs with no options for stair gates. Our toddler got a nasty cut on his head from the coffee table in the lounge. So basically if you have small children this is not the villa for you or take lots of things to make it child friendly.
There were some small issues with appliances, dish washer didn’t release powder and washing machine leaked. Also, considering we stayed 4 nights we were supplied with one extra bin bag and two dish washer tablets - this was for a party of 8 over 4 nights. I get buying extra toilet paper if needed but maybe supply 1 bin bag for each night you’ve paid for! So little things like that didn’t make it an excellent stay.
Also, beware of the narrow lock up garages!!
When we asked if we could borrow a high chair we were told it would be $50 (non refundable).
There were small things all up that could have been easily fixed to improve our stay.
