It was amazing! Clean rooms and free drinks every day, very nice, I loved the food and service, very nice waiters and waitresses!

I love to stay at the Grand Riviera Princess, Its hard to really rate this place this trip. With covid going on the staff where A+ in my book they are all so friendly. This trip it was just 3 friends from Maine and we loved every minute of it. I was not able to stay in the room I had booked due to storm damage the week before. But thats nature for you. The buffets are all ways B- to A. The other places that are open for dinner are great A+. I for one don't care for buffets so its hard to judge those for me. The only down side of the restaurants is due to covid and the lack of guest they could only have 2 open each night and they rotate daily. Very little seaweed on the beach. Only stayed in one pool really near the Snack buffet and loved it. I am sure they will remember me for next time when I go.

I’ll like to first say that me and my husband came to celebrate our honeymoon as newlyweds. Everything was going super great! They even upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite. We felt very welcomed upon arrival. The cleanliness of our room was great and all amenities within and outside of the room worked properly. The la carte food was terrible. The 24/7 service at Yucatán was sub-par but very convenient. The restaurants that required reservations had great food. The staff and hospitality was amazing. We also really enjoyed the entertainment squad throughout the day. So you’re probably thinking why my review is at best just “okay” well two separate times the housekeeper stole money and rammaged through our belongings. The first time she stole money out of our safe. The second time she stole $50 out of my husbands wallet that was buried down in his suitcase. She even had the nerve to replace it with a raggedy $5 dollar bill after we had just utilized the atm. Both times were completely obvious. We addressed the concerns with the hotel and representative said “You’re items should’ve been in the safe box” or it’s basically nothing we can do. I advised her that my money was in the safe and it was STILL STOLEN. They never offered any retribution or anything regarding their staff rummaging through guests bags and lock boxes. After looking further into it —- I see numerous reviews of guest complaining their hard earned money was stolen. Overall we plan to never come back

Service was top notch. Everyone was kind and caring. The resort was clean and We felt very comfortable being there.

Service was excellent, they took care of your every need and did it willingly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone. The entire trip went smoothly from the time we boarded the plane until we got back home.

The attentiveness of each staff member was like no other, it was their honest pleasure to assist you. All the A la Carte restaurants were outstanding the food and the service were exquisite. Only feedback is the pressure to attend vacation package rentals, for those who have done it before you know what to expect but for others it can be intimidating and almost uncomfortable.

Food was excellent, due to recent hurricanes the property was in poor condition and most of the facilities were closed due to this and the Covid situation. The hotel was kept very clean however the noise levels after 10:00pm were very high due to the partying taking place by younger people mainly Mexican guests who stayed for a few days and the hotel security were not prepared to do anything about it.
