My 1st and 2nd stay
I lived here twice during 2021, first time for a month in September and the second time for a bit over 2 weeks in December/January. The first time I was disappointed by the service of the front desk staff and I was given the wrong small room without a window and even though I went down to ask them about it and tell them I got the wrong room, they wouldn't look it up. I had to contact the company where I booked the hotel at, through my home country's service line and they confirmed I had the wrong room. It was only after I went down to the front desk for the third time the day AFTER that they looked it up and finally realised their mistake and moved me to another room. I didn't get compensated for the night I spent in the wrong room although I paid for another one and I'm unsure whether I even got an apology. The room was suffocating and the roof of it was broken in the bathroom. I felt the front desk staff were irritated and other problems I had, they didn't help with.
The second time however, I was pleasantly surprised at the improvement of the front desk service and this time the people working there were very willing to help.
The cleaning ladies were always very nice and if you asked them for anything they'd go above and beyond to help you. The rooms were great, comfortable and the location of the hotel was very central to the main business part of Seoul. The hotel has close subway and bus stations and you can easily make your way to another part of Seoul that way.
