Bra! Praktiskt med bra service!

Fint hotell, jättetrevliga o hjälpsamma personal på receptionen restaurangen/baren. De kunde anpassa rumservice efter mina behov iom att jag kom hem vid frukost o sov till 13 åtminstone. Fick också checka ut 15 för mitt flyg var senare på kvällen. Rummen var rena o fräscha, frukosten betalar jag för vid incheckning ca 100 per person/dag. Utanför hotellet finns ett pizzaställe, o går man förbi den o sen vänster så finns mataffär o apotek....

Kanon hotel! Det ända negativa var att menyn och maten var tämligen dålig. Frukosten var bäst.

Great hotel for its stars, price and location! Just a couple of problems. Shuttle to airport was 20 minutes late though, so don't book it too close to your flight. Also their fridge was too weak - I didn't feel food was too much cool after overnight stay in it.

We arrived the hotel and we have been updated no room available !!! The reception said we need to move other hotel. It was late and very frustrated. They want to move us to very cheap hotel in area that we didn't like, worth 177 Zlote. .... They lie that no rooms available in other hotels....!! I make search and found room in Sofotel hotel and after argue they send us to Sofitel. They didn't give us breakfast in Sofitel. The attitude was very not nice. Instead of offer some water, coffee, and try help nicely they tried send us ASAP outside the hotel. I expecte hotela.com to give us back our money.
