väldigt prisvärt hotel som har bra frukost och som ligger bra till för shopping,flera bra restauranger i närheten och busshållplats till flygbuss precis utanför, rekomenderas starkt

I loved the hotel because of the wonderful service. The staff who responded to every request with a smile and a positive. Pleasant stay in the clean and tidy hotel, good breakfast. The hotel's location in the city center allows for a few hours of excursion on the sites and returns to rest and leave again. The room we received was comfortable and spacious.

Scaffolding all around hence no view. Room unclean, dated bathroom/wc, and aircon not working. No info from reception unless you request it (wifi log in etc.). Disappointed that Hotels.com did not highlight the renovation in progress.

Better information from Reception, for example, FREE BUS covers all the attractions in the old city (instead of urging us to purchase Hop-On and Off buses. The fame Monreale Catherdral is extremely beautiful and within easy reach, was not recommended. The Day Pass is Euro 3.50 instead of 1.50 as mentioned.
