High quality facilities and customer service
Fabulous short stay. Sparkling clean with super comfortable bed and quality products in the room. Great breakfast, beautiful garden with views over Bath and a lovely welcome with extra touches of drinks on arrival and sound advice on restaurants with 10 to 20 mins walk. Thank you

Absolutely SPECTACULAR, from the welcoming brownie and tea at a window with a view of beautiful gardens and the city of Bath, to the spotless, fresh room, to the AMAZING “choose your very own” breakfast. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, and would like to give a special shout out to Charlie, who had a smile on her face and kind words, from our arrival through our departure! Akthough I wasn’t planning a return trip to Bath, it is now a priority for me to come back, just to enjoy another stay at the Paradse!

A gem of a hotel
A lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great position for the centre as well. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were so friendly and helpful. A very enjoyable stay. I couldn’t have asked for more!
