One Shot Luchana 22

Mycket bra hotell för business-resa, men jag hade även kunnat tänka mig att bo här under en weekendresa, bra standard i relation till priset och gångavstånd överallt.

Rummet som vi bokade var inte som det stod i beskrivningen blev besvikna fick boka sviten i stället som inte var värt priset om vi fick betala extra. Men mycket trevlig personal Frukosten var fräsch men inte så mycket att välja på. Bra läge till allt inte långt att gå!

The king size bed was comfortable but there was no bar in the hotel, no coffee or tea in the room and no English language news programming. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and they never fixed it. They told us that breakfast was included but upon checking out they billed us for breakfast every day. I explained the situation and asked for a refund but the desk clerk said they were not authorized and it would need to go to a manager. I provided my email address and followed up by an email to the hotel that same day but have yet to hear back from them. Disappointing.

Except for the bed, everything was fine , The bed is not a bed for a couple (Double bed) we had Two single beds are connected . Uncomfortable
