Hilton Garden Inn Gallup

Second time we've stayed at this location. Rooms are clean and is in a good area. Staff are friendly.

Beds were a little hard, breakfast would have been nice If it was included

room was quiet

We were given a room on the second floor with a loud machine by the window. We had to ask to change rooms. Perhaps the Receptionist could be more aware of this when there are other rooms available.

Everything was great. Second time staying here. The only complaint is that the showers didn't have a shower mat and my dad almost slipped. Call down to the front and ask for one and they said they would bring it up. But nothing. Then when I checked out the front desk said they had it there at the front desk waiting for me to pick it up. At that point it was too late.
