Beautiful, comfortable hotel with great service!
front desk staff was extremely helpful with planning excursions and day trips. We booked a trip through the front desk for a trip to El Piñol and Guatape for a very reasonable $78,000 cop and it was a 12 hour trip, very worth It! Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere we stayed in Colombia.

We (3 of us) booked this hotel because it offered a room with 3 beds. Overall we were very pleased with the property, definitely great pricing, clean, great quiet location, and awesome staff!

Comfort at Loyds Hotel
El poblado area was very convenient to metro stop, exito!, restaurants, parks, and our hotel was off the noisey roads. It was a great location. The staff, although limited in their English were all very helpful, kind and eager to please. Breakfast was satisfactory and wifi worked great!

Convenient and quite nice
Had a wonderful experience. The front desk spoke English, which was very helpful considering my poor Spanish. The room was exceptionally comfortable and a close walk to many restaurants and bars.
