Best choice for lodging in LaVale
Hotel was booked as part of a group outing. We had previously used this property and knew that this would be the right choice again. I was surprised yet pleased with the precautions taken due to COVID-19. Rooms are cleaned before arrival but not during the stay. But they made it easy to bag you towels each morning and have a new set waiting at your door when you return. Breakfast was limited as to not create any health risks but still adequate. Hotel staff was pleasant and great to work with.

The bed was hard as a rock. I’m pretty sure sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable.

Service was GREAT, very friendly staff! Breakfast was fine, beds/linens/pillows/towels super comfortable. My one complaint was that the bath sink bowl seemed to be falling off of the counter, there was a massive gap in the caulk....other than that really great.

Clean hotel, nice staff, good stay. The hotel is a great place to stay if you just passing through Cumberland. Its on National HWY where there is a lot of restaurants.

Great stay and great staff. Very nice room. Only thing was that the pool and gym weren't open when initially told that it was. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Decent hotel
Room was clean on surface, however, as someone with a rare disease, I watch cleanliness. The room was filthy behind furniture and such. The pool area was moldy smelling and water was cloudy. Temperature of water in both hot tub and pool was perfect though. Front desk employee was new but very nice. The breakfast was ok not great
