Baie des Anges Hotel

This was our second stay at Les Baies des Anges and it was even better than before. We had a beach front room, which is no more than 50 yards from the water--directly on the beach. We enjoyed the water views and the sounds of the surf lulling us to sleep. The room had been refurbished since we were last there and they were very nicely done in a clean modern style. Large bed with a nice sitting area. The kitchen on the terrace was great for our small breakfasts. We were able to stock up on fresh fruit at the local market (Marche U, which is by the airport, not the easiest to find, but great for produce or prepared foods) and bakery, which is a quick drive as well. It was perfect. Not a resort like the others on Flamands, but a very nice, clean, convenient, low key vacation. only issues were slow wifi (which is prevalent on the island) and limited TV options.
