Hi-Ho: A Hi-Tech Hotel

Biz trip and hotel is centrally located and the Tesla charger was fantastic to have and use at night.

Check in was through email with room number and code for lock. Email did not come and had to call to get the information. Getting a live person was not easy. Other visitors in room above us were extremely loud to 1-2 AM. Went to their room to ask them to quit down, to no avail. Had to call hotel staff to get help but they are not on site. if they did anything, someone would have had to co me from Circle Hotel across town to speak to the loud guests keeping us up. Not restful.

Room was amazing clean and just surprised how wonderful for a motel that is near a major highway. I had one problem someone did try to enter the room but lucky had the door stopper on that preventing them from coming all the way in.

A human touch is a important part of customized hospitality and on site problem solving that is lacking here (no front desk on site and the continental breakfast is no longer available as well) though the rooms and concept and clean and modern with a low cost for the area. If you haven’t done the check in process before like this it can be trying, but the key codes with no door cards or otherwise are easy once in.

No one to talk about check in or any questions since it’s all done on phone. I guess it’s good for COVID reasons but still. Fire alarm went off at 7am. & the housekeeper walked in at 8am lol embarrassing. The bed was the most uncomfortable, it was super stiff my partner and I both woke up with backaches. And no cable but they did have roku. Otherwise the place was clean.

We stayed for one night and it was comfortable. They didn't have cable but they had the Roku and you have to sign in with your streaming accounts. It was weird not having a human being help you onsite due to Covid, but someone answered when you called the number. The restaurant there has great food for sure.

The online check in was easy. Was disappointed in the fact that the photos showed a mini fridge but the didn’t have one. A mini fridge was necessary. The fact that there is no front desk service might make it difficult for some. We had to search for someone to find out where the ice machine was. Overall the room was very comfortable.

Very nice and comfortable room! I don't have any bad remarks about the hotel itself, but it does kind of suck that there is a restaurant right next door because you can hear everything when they are coming and going! Other than that, I would recommend it!

Need more mirrors!!!! Housekeeper walked in on us at 8:30 very embarrassing!!!!

Nobody on-site. No parking available. The restaurant patrons took all the parking spots. Had nowhere to park. Had to sit in car for 30min waiting for someone to leave. Terrible.
