Clean comfortable room. Staff very willing to help locate rides and recommend restaurants. Helped us carry luggage to a taxi pick up point.

Location and room are wonderful! We also loved the staff - very helpful and friendly. Only issue we had was we did not know the AC was in the lobby outside of the room.

We were shifted to their other location JB Relais Luxury because of issues with our original choice but it was not a big problem for us. The new location is in an old building with an old elevator and still walkable to all the major attractions. The shower seems to be an afterthought that was retrofitted and hot water takes abit of time to arrive. But it was no big issue though as our stay was very comfortable. The highlight for us though was the little coffee shop just below the apartment where we have breakfast daily. They serve the best cuppacino and croissant we had in Rome. Highly recommended for a quick bit before the daily tour starts.

Great location. Nice design. Very friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast but nice coffee and room service.

JB Relais was wonderful. Very comfortable bed and daily breakfast was delicious. The host was very very accommodating. Would definitely recommend
